Pitchless Selling AI is an AI-powered sales coaching platform that provides training, role-play practice, call analysis, and deal strategy services based on the Pitchless Selling methodology.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
The Service, including the Pitchless Selling methodology, frameworks, and all content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results from using the Service will meet your expectations.
